Pictures and videos can be taken when at the work site and attached to that specific Visit or Job. Any files that have been flagged in Manage360 for 'Available on Mobile' will also be available for viewing.

Spanish Names for Costbook Items: We have now added alternative language support for specific Costbook items and Cost Codes. The alternative language name fields can be enabled by selecting the corresponding language in the Regional Settings & Formatting page (Manage 360). The alternative name can then be entered for the Costbook item. The added names will be displayed on the items list of a timesheet item (Job, Work Order, Visit) when the app is using the Spanish language setting.
